The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, and I felt safe to walk around alone. The staff was always helpful, and they served a nice breakfast a la carte.

Good location for Zona G but wouldn't go again

Top location for zona G. Comfortable beds.

They gave us a room next to the reception! In other words: a noisy night. Also room ended up being 30% more expensive (+VAT + insurance per person per night) than announced on Booking. Shower didn't have hot water! Room smelt a bit damp. Was supposed to be a cheaper room, but in the end not good value for money.

Anything. IT IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL. A PURE FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRUAD

Anything. IT IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL. A PURE FRAUD • No hot water at hall • Extremely freeze room (in Bogotà temperature can easily go under 8 degrees • No safe plug • No curtains to close windows • at 8 c'clock in the morning music at top volume in the "bar" • No restaurant • No place to have breakfast • Absolutely unkind service + customer service • Very bad room + absolutely unclean • When they clean the room the leave the door open (it means I was out from the room for hours and my passport more my photo-equipment - around 15.000 euros - were completely unsafe and uncontrolled) • I had did several complains and I had absolutely any answer • When I moved (2 days before my leave) they called police • IT IS A FRAUD, DO NOT BOOK IN EMAUS - Never ever!

The room was clean and overall very nice.

There was street construction with a jackhammer from 2 to 4 am and it was impossible to sleep. The hotel did not warn or address this issue the next day at all which was disappointing.

We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Bogota.

This beautiful boutique hotel was in a very nice clean area. We felt perfectly safe walking around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Overall, a good experience in a great neighborhood in Bogotá.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was fine, basic but nice that it was brought to our room. Great quiet location near trendy restaurants and shops.

The bed was SO hard and I usually like a hard bed. The lobby smelled like axe, a very strong cologne, luckily the rooms didn't have the smell, otherwise I couldn't have stayed it was THAT strong.

Awesome staff, beautiful property, great location

Great staff. Huge thanks to Angie for help in Spanish with the local airline when our in-country flight on EasyFly got rescheduled 4 hours later than planned. Lovely breakfast. Room was charming. Very firm but comfortable bed.

Great value and excellent staff with a great location near many restaurants

Terrific staff that spoke decent English and the hotel was spotless. Excellent breakfast but if you are a coffee drinker order 2 or 3 cups as the servings are small.

Lovely room, and very helpful staff, in a great location with good cafes and restaurants nearby..

It was a quiet area, but there were odd times when there was a bit of sound travel inside the hotel itself…. nothing too much, but easily addressed with some sound proofing going forward!

It was amazing. Amazing value, amazing staff they make you feel right at home great if you’re trying to get away from the stale corporate hotel blah.
